Q. What does "imprint" mean?
A.
Imprinting is including your own personal information, such
as your name, company name, address, company logo, photographs,
and other information, printed on the inside of your cards
or on the return address area of your envelopes. Card imprints
appear on the inside panel below the verse area. Envelopes
are imprinted with text in the upper left corner for business
style envelopes and on the back flap for stationery style

Q.
What is the difference between plain cards and blank cards?
A.
"Plain Cards" include the standard inside message
or greeting, but do not include a personal imprint (name,
address, etc.). "Blank Cards" do not have an inside
verse (or greeting). Blank cards are designed so that you
can have your own custom message printed inside or for use
with personal handwritten notes.
Q.
How soon will I receive my order?
A.
Orders are shipped within 10 to 15 business days after order approval. Allow 3-5 days for ground delivery. Air express services are also
available for an additional charge. Shipping rates are determined
by the size of your order, and location of recipient.
Q.Do
I receive envelopes with my order? Do they cost extra?
A.
High quality envelopes are included free with your
order. If you would like a return address printed on your
envelopes, this is available for an additional charge. Please
refer to the price list for each card to determine charges.
Q.What
if I don't need envelopes?
A.
Make sure to let your customer support specialist know,
or if ordering cards online, note this in the "Envelope
Imprint" box as you check out.

May I combine cards from a different series and still get
the quantity price?
A.
Pricing is based on the amount of cards you order per card number.
For example, if you order 250 each of four different cards, you
will be charged the 250 quantity price, not the 1,000 card price.
If imprinted, copy must be the same on all cards. Calendar and post
card orders are priced separately as well.
Q.
Can I have my logo printed in color instead of black ink?
A.
Colored logos are available at the imprinted card price. To get more

Can I have my order die-cut? (include a slot for a business
card?)
A.
Die-cutting is available for greeting cards. The minimum
order is a total of 250 cards. The charge is $35.00 for
the first 250 cards and $5.00 for each additional 100 cards.
